The Ministry of Labour and Social Economy is committed to making its web sites accessible in accordance with the Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September , on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector (hereinafter, Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September).

The European directive is based on the standard EN 301 549 “Accessibility requirements of ICT products and services” and this, in turn, is an adaptation of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) of the W3C.

Situation of compliance

This website is partially in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, due to the lack of conformity of the aspects indicated below.

    • Online mapping and mapping services, provided that essential information is provided in a digitally accessible manner in the case of maps intended for navigation purposes.
    • Contents of third parties that are not under the control of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy.
